Director Ashley is the founder of Chicago Infinity Cheer. She started her cheer experience at age 7. From then, she was always a part of a dance or cheer team. Carrying the talent into high school, at the age of 15, she started her first coaching job with the Chicago Park District for summer camps. Now, with coaching hundreds of athletes, and assisting them with collecting trophies and scholarships for the past 15+ years, she has decided to start a program that can change the community. Coach Ashley is also a Real Estate agent for the state of Illinois. 

Director Sharay is a dedicated and energetic coach who began her cheerleading and track career in middle school. She fell in love with the sport and continued to cheer throughout high school. Her love for cheer stuck with her after graduating college and she began coaching middle school cheerleaders. She specializes in cheer motions, stunting, jumps, sportsmanship, and leadership. Coach Sharay has previous experience in Recreation as a Program Assistant at UIUC.

Coach Sharay is currently a paralegal for a law firm in Chicago and is also attending law school to pursue her Juris Doctor degree at UIC School of Law.

Director Esmeralda first started as a Social Media Intern for the summer program. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Hospitality Management. Esmeralda has shown dedication and passion through the months with us. She is known for her creative approach, attention to detail, and ability to connect with the community. Esmeralda enjoys developing strategies and new content and is always looking for innovative ways to promote our programs. In her free time, she loves exploring new marketing trends and finding inspiration for future projects.
